Product Availability

All products for sale on sumerte.com are subject to availability. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled owing to lack of stock, we will process a refund for the out of stock item(s) and will let you know.

Part Delivery

If only part of your order is available, we will dispatch the items that are in stock and cancel the out-of-stock items.

Product Descriptions

Every product is sold subject to the product description and supporting information such as size, colour, estimated delivery dates and guarantees. All sizes are in HONG KONG standard sizes (Size Guide). We make every effort to ensure that the product colour is as accurate as possible, but the colours shown may vary depending upon the setting of your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour shown will accurately reflect the colour upon delivery. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all of the product details, descriptions and prices are correct at the time when the information was uploaded onto the website. However, the information may not always exactly reflect the position when you placed an order. Please note that the estimated delivery times are only estimates, and cannot be guaranteed. Packaging may vary from that shown. We reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information, price or product promotion has been incorrectly published.

PRICES

All prices include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.

The price of any products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

These prices, including VAT but excluding delivery costs, will be added to the total amount due as set out.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you in a Dispatch Confirmation.

Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. sumerte.com reserves the right to; cancel offers, refuse to allow any individual to participate in offers, decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, an offer code is invalid for the order being placed and amend these terms and conditions (sumerte.com will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to all customers).

Terms and Conditions for the sumerte.com Customer Feedback Survey Monthly Prize Draw

Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is sumerte.com, which is a trading name of SUMER TECH LLC registered as a company in ROOM 1002 10/F EASEY COMMERCIAL BUILDING 253-261 HENNESSY ROAD WAN CHAI HONG KONG.

Eligibility
2.1. The prize draw is open to all permanent residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

2.2. Proof of residency and age may be required if you are selected to win the prize draw.

How to Enter
3.1. Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase is necessary.

3.2. To enter, participants must complete the sumerte.com customer feedback survey in full and provide their valid contact information as requested. Partially completed surveys will not be accepted into the prize draw.

3.3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries by the same individual (as identified by any or all contact information data) will be disqualified.

Prize
4.1. The prize is a $200 sumerte.com shopping voucher, redeemable in-store or online.

4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

4.3. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

Closing Date
5.1. The monthly prize draw will close for entries on 23:59 GMT on the last day of each month. Entries received after this date will go into the next month’s prize draw.

Winner Selection
6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

6.2. The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date, using software to randomly generate a number corresponding to numbered entrants for the prize draw.

6.3. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

Winner Notification
7.1. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry within 7 days of the draw.

7.2. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected at random.

Data Protection and Publicity

By participating in a sumerte.com Twitter/Facebook/Instagram Competition, you fully agree and accept the sumerte.com Standard Twitter/Facebook/Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions as well as any individual terms and conditions of the specific competition.
sumerte.com Twitter, Facebook and Instagram competitions and giveaways are open to residents of the HONG KONG and Ireland, excluding Associates of sumerte.com or Associates of companies involved in the competition/prize draw and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, their families, agents, or anyone connected with the competition/prize draw.

Our Contract

When you place an order with sumerte.com, we will send you an order acknowledgement by email containing all the details of your order. This is NOT an order confirmation but an acknowledgement that your order has been received. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send a dispatch confirmation email. Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation email, will not form part of that contract.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non acceptance of an order may be as a result of one of the following, but not limited to: the product ordered being out of stock; our inability to obtain the authorisation for payment; the identification of an error within the product information, including price and promotion; you not meeting the eligibility to order as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Contract Cancellation

We hope that you will be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to cancel your order, you have a right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

We will charge your card when your order is placed. If there are any items in your order that are not in stock, you will not be refunded. Prices, Taxes and Payment

The website will charge and take payment in $ Pound Sterling. All prices shown on the site are inclusive of local US (Value Added Tax) VAT at 20% and if you are in an EU country currently, this will be the price you pay. Orders for Non EU destinations will not be charged VAT and will have this deducted at checkout. Copy invoices are available from within your online account control panel.
